         Common failure modes include fin-tube bonding separation (due to poor welding/bonding), corrosion (from acidic flue gas), and erosion (from high-velocity dust particles). Prevention measures: use high-quality welding/bonding processes (e.g., TIG welding), select corrosion-resistant materials, install dust collectors to reduce dust content, and regularly inspect the fin-tube surface.
